You have the capacity to remain strong, attractive and vital in mind, body and spirit throughout your entire life.

Deterioration with age is not inevitable. Believing that increasing age brings sickness is not very useful to you and as we know - our cells are listening in all the time for further instruction.

What are you doing to instruct your cells to be healthy and vital?  How are you treating yourself?  How are you talking to yourself?  What is your outlook on life?  What belief might you drop that you thought you needed to believe?

Look around you at people who seem to have aged well, with a strong and positive spirit.  Those people who have health.  What is their definition of health?

Start your different outlook on your health and ageing now.  Welcome any changes - women, the menopause is a time of change that you can go with or through, fighting and kicking - like there is an internal war and the enemy is out to get you.  That can be changed.

Could your own attitude, thoughts and beliefs, be making your own life a hard one to be living in?
